We Didn't Build This to Get Rich
Greenhouse Girls wasn't built because we thought cannabis would make us rich. It was built because we believed people deserved better.
After experiencing firsthand how confusing, intimidating, and sometimes sketchy the cannabis industry could feel, we knew there had to be another way. We wanted to create a place where people felt comfortable asking questions, where education came before sales, and where every product was something we'd proudly use ourselves.
As a women-owned business, we've always believed that strength and compassion can exist together. We built Greenhouse Girls to feel welcoming — not intimidating. Whether it's someone's first gummy or they're a longtime cannabis enthusiast, everyone deserves to feel respected, heard, and empowered.
How It Started
We started small — just a 400-square-foot booth at the Oldsmar Flea Market. What began as a tiny space with big dreams slowly grew into something much bigger because of the incredible support from our community.
Since then, we've opened our Palm Harbor storefront, expanded our product line, built an online store that ships across the country, and earned multiple Best of the Bay awards — including Best Dispensary, Best LGBTQ+ Business, and Best Store Staff.
But our proudest accomplishment isn't the awards.
It's the thousands of conversations we've had with customers who finally found products they trust. It's watching people come in nervous and leave feeling confident. It's seeing first-time customers become lifelong members of our Greenhouse Girls family.
